The Friendly Training Company is a Social Firm run by and for people with learning disabilities and autistic people.

 

The Friendly Training Company provides training and training resources for professionals and for people with learning disabilities and autistic peopel. We provide inspirational training to people, families, staff and professionals that support these groups of people in the community. We train people to be peer trainers as 'experts by experience', provide employment and employment prospects and promote independent living and choice.

 

The Social Firm employs people with learning disabilities and autistic people, working with a team of professionals to produce very high quality information in lots of different format and languages.

 

We can provide training to professionals around communication, reasonable adjustments and how to engage people in co-production, as well as many other subjects.
